What is Scheduled Transfers?
Scheduled Transfers allows you to view and manage payments:
- Planned for a later date
- Submitted after cut off time.
It will also display all the standing orders that you have set up
Transfer money to an existing beneficiary
On your dashboard, select Transfer>Transfer Type> Make Transfer > Debit Account Number > Select a beneficiary from the dropdown list
I’m unable to see my beneficiaries list
On your dashboard, select Transfer>Transfer Type> Manage Beneficiaries > All Beneficiaries from the dropdown list
Can I look for a beneficiary name, beneficiary country or beneficiary bank without the need to type the whole name or scroll down ?
You may do so under Manage Beneficiaries. Type the first few letters in the ‘Placeholder’ and click on the search icon. The beneficiary be displayed.
View previous transactions
To access your previous transactions:
On your dashboard select My Financials > All Accounts> select Account Number
Both debit and credit transactions will be displayed.
You can opt to view your transactions from the dropdown. You have the possibility to select:
- 10 per page
- 20 per page
- 50 per page
- 100 per page
Viewing of pending transactions/transactions not processed
Under the Burger menu choose Approvals & Requests > Pending Requests the request dashboard will be displayed.
Option 1: Pending
This allows you to view all requests initiated awaiting to be processed
Option 2: History
This allows you to view all requests already processed
Can I book a rate from Internet Banking?
On your dashboard, select All Services> Exchange Rate. The prevailing exchange rate will be displayed.
To book your rates, contact your Relationship Manager.
What are the different currencies available for online payments?
You may effect payment in all major currencies.
What is the time frame within which I can expect a response for messages sent through the platform?
You may expect to receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
The response time will depend on the complexity of the service request.

How can I change my Internet Banking password?
On your dashboard, select the User Profile icon on the top right of your screen> Profile settings> Username & Password
Click on Edit and you will be prompted for the steps to change your password.
To finalise the change, click on Continue. You will be prompted that your password has been changed and you will be asked to sign in again with your new password.
What if I have forgotten my password?
On the login page click on Forgot Password? You will be redirected to fill in your personal details and click on Continue to complete the process.
My Internet Banking profile is locked. How do I reset my account?
It will automatically be unlocked after 30 minutes.
